Becoming a volunteer can enable you to play an active role within your community and contribute towards positive social change and enrich your community.  

Volunteering can help break down social barriers, provide a sense of personal wellbeing and offer an opportunity to socialise with people from different social and cultural backgrounds, all whilst applying your own life experience and skills.  

We are currently recruiting for more volunteers to help at The Hummingbird Projects North West. 

 Duties include: -

• welcoming customers
• sorting donations
• tidying and folding
• helping people find what they are looking for 

The sessions are busy and fun and we have a great group of existing volunteers to welcome you and show you the ropes.

If you are willing to commit to 1 or 2 sessions per week we are also looking for Team Leaders to help run our clothing bank rooms.

We cannot exist without volunteers, and if you have some spare time and would like to make a change to your community and volunteer for one of our local projects, please contact us using the form.
